Claraseal is a Melbourne stone and concrete flooring business. This page explains what personal information we collect when you enquire with us, why we collect it, where it is stored, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you enquire through an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, we collect your name and phone number. These are supplied by the form you submit and are usually pre-filled by the platform from your profile.
When you enquire through a form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or postcode, the service you are asking about and anything you choose to tell us about the job.
If you send us photographs of a floor or surface so we can quote it, we hold those photos alongside your enquiry.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and quote the work. We use your phone number to text or call you about the job you asked about. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not market unrelated services to you.
Where it goes
- Enquiries from this website are delivered to us by Formspree, a form handling service, and arrive as email.
- Enquiries from advertisements, and our record of the conversation that follows, are stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system we use to manage quotes.
- We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and move through this website. These record activity such as pages viewed and whether a form was submitted. They do not receive the contents of your enquiry.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers named above, except where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records so we can pick up a job you asked about earlier, and so we know the history of a surface we have worked on. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will remove them.
Getting your information, or having it deleted
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email corey@claraseal.com or call 0417 035 112 and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us.
