Epoxy Flooring Melbourne: industrial-grade coatings for garages and commercial.
Epoxy flooring in Melbourne: two-pack epoxy and polyurethane coatings for garages, warehouses, commercial kitchens, and retail fit-outs. Industrial-grade systems that outlast cheap roll-on alternatives by a decade or more.
Quick facts
Epoxy flooring in Melbourne costs $80–$180 per m² for a full-system install: diamond grinding, crack repair, penetrating primer, epoxy basecoat, and UV-stable polyurethane topcoat. Cheap epoxy at $40–$60/m² typically skips primer and topcoat, and the result peels within 1–3 years. A properly installed epoxy floor over correctly prepared concrete lasts 10–15+ years with minimal maintenance.

Prime & build
Penetrating epoxy primer, then two-pack epoxy basecoat. Decorative flake (if specified) is broadcast into the wet basecoat.
