Before you send the drawings.
Do you work directly with builders and shopfitters?
Yes. Builders, shopfitters and project managers bring us in on their jobs, and several of them use us again and again. Send the finishes schedule or photos of the slab and we'll quote from there.
Can you handle both the concrete and the stone on the same fit-out?
Yes. Concrete grinding, polished concrete, grind and seal, epoxy, terrazzo, and stone restoration, polishing and sealing are all in house. One contractor covers the whole floor package.
What condition does the slab need to be in before you start?
We would rather look at it than guess. Slab flatness, surface contamination, previous coatings and aggregate depth all change what finish is achievable. We assess before quoting rather than pricing off a template.
Can existing terrazzo or stone be restored instead of replaced?
Usually yes. Terrazzo and natural stone are ground back, honed and repolished in place, so a heritage or institutional floor keeps its original surface instead of being torn up.
