Entry floors and lift lobbies are the first surface anyone touches in a building. Stone restoration, polishing and sealing for marble, granite and limestone, plus polished concrete where the design calls for it.
Industrial and warehouse
Floors specified for load, chemical exposure and cleaning regimes rather than looks. Epoxy coatings, flake systems and sealed concrete for garages, plant rooms, workshops and back of house.
Heritage and institutional
Original terrazzo and stone in older buildings, brought back rather than replaced. Grinding, honing and repolishing on floors that cannot simply be torn up and redone.

Most operators do one or the other. Grinding, polishing, sealing, terrazzo, epoxy and stone restoration are all in house, so a fit-out with a concrete floor and a stone reception desk is one contractor, not two.

The person who quotes the job is on site doing it. Nothing is passed down the chain, which is why the finish matches what was specified.

Grinding indoors is a containment problem before it is a finish problem. Extraction, masking of adjacent trades and joinery, and a daily clean down.

Do you work directly with builders and shopfitters?
Yes. A large share of our work comes through builders, shopfitters and project managers rather than direct from end clients. Send the finishes schedule or the slab photos and we will quote from there.
Can you handle both the concrete and the stone on the same fit-out?
Yes, and it is the main reason people call us for commercial work. Concrete grinding, polished concrete, grind and seal, epoxy, terrazzo, and stone restoration, polishing and sealing are all in house. One contractor covers the whole floor package.
What condition does the slab need to be in before you start?
We would rather look at it than guess. Slab flatness, surface contamination, previous coatings and aggregate depth all change what finish is achievable. We assess before quoting rather than pricing off a template.
Can existing terrazzo or stone be restored instead of replaced?
Usually yes. Terrazzo and natural stone are ground back, honed and repolished in place. On heritage and institutional floors that is normally faster and cheaper than removal and replacement, and it keeps the original surface.
