Stone Polishing
Multi-stage diamond polishing for marble, granite, limestone, and natural stone across Melbourne. Mirror-finish results, no compromise.
Quick facts
Stone polishing in Melbourne — for marble, granite, limestone, travertine, and natural stone floors — uses mechanical diamond pads from 200 through to 3000 grit to achieve a mirror or honed finish. The shine comes from the stone itself, not a wax or coating, so it does not peel, yellow, or require stripping. Commercial stone polishing for entries, showrooms, and retail fit-outs is one of Claraseal's core specialisations.
What it is
The work, simply.
Mechanical diamond polishing through 5 to 7 grits to bring stone to a high-gloss mirror finish. The shine comes from the stone itself, not a coating.

Our process
How we deliver this.
- 01
Flatten
Heavy-cut diamond pads flatten lippage between tiles and remove the original factory finish.
- 02
Hone
Progressive honing pads (200–800 grit) clarify the stone and remove all visible scratches.
- 03
Polish
Final polishing pads (1500–3000 grit) build the mirror gloss. The stone polishes itself. No wax, no coating.
- 04
Seal
Premium impregnating sealer protects the polish for years.
