Mornington
What we see around here.
Peninsula work has two features that change how we quote it. Exposure is severe, with salt, sand and unshaded UV on most outdoor surfaces. And a good deal of the housing is used seasonally, so problems get discovered months after they start and we are often looking at a surface that has been weathering untouched since the last visit. We come down for larger jobs rather than small call-outs.
Common work here
- Pool surround and coastal paving sealed
- Holiday home floors restored before summer
- Exposed aggregate driveways and paths
- Polished concrete in new coastal builds

Mornington questions
Asked around here.
Do you travel to the Peninsula for a single job?
For larger jobs, yes. A small call-out is harder to justify on its own, but we are down that way often enough that we can usually fit one alongside another booking. Ask and we will give you a straight answer rather than stringing it out.
When is the best time to seal before summer?
Spring. Temperatures are workable and you are not fighting heat or rain. Sealing in the middle of a hot January means dealing with flash drying, and doing it in July means waiting a long time on cure.
What does it cost in Mornington?
Starting prices are stone cleaning and sealing from $22/m² inc GST ($20 + GST), polished concrete from $99/m² inc GST ($90 + GST) and grind and seal from $71.50/m² inc GST ($65 + GST). Size, condition and access set the final figure, and you get a fixed price in writing before anything starts. Text a photo and the rough size for a quote or a ballpark within 24 hours.
