in Hampton.
Stone sealing, pool surrounds and polished concrete in Hampton, for coastal homes dealing with salt exposure, sand and year-round sun.
Hampton surfaces
What we see
around Hampton.
Hampton carries the same coastal exposure as the rest of bayside with a heavier mix of renovation and new build. That means more polished concrete and grind and seal in new alfresco areas and garages alongside the usual pool surround and paving work. Anything laid outdoors here needs a sealer chosen for UV and salt rather than whichever product happened to work fine on an indoor floor.
Common work here
- Pool surround and alfresco stone sealed
- Exposed aggregate driveways sealed
- Polished concrete in new builds and extensions
- Garage floors, grind and seal or flake

Hampton questions
Asked
around here.
Does sealing exposed aggregate make it slippery around a pool?
It can, if the wrong product goes down. A high-build gloss coating on a constantly wet area is a genuine slip hazard. On pool surrounds and steps we use penetrating sealers, or add a grip additive, for exactly that reason.
How long before we can use the area after sealing?
Foot traffic is usually a few hours, but full cure runs several days depending on the product and the weather. Nothing should touch it in that window, including pressure washing anywhere nearby. That is the single most common way a fresh seal gets ruined.
